👋What are our wishes:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in Manual and API testing.
• Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks (Postman, SoapUI, etc.).
• Familiarity with programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.) for automation scripting, nice to have but not required.
• Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.

Desired Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Information:

• This position may require occasional participation in on-call rotations or after-hours support for critical issues and stakeholders’ meetings.

💼How can you contribute to the team?

Manual and API Testing:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for APIs.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing of APIs.
• With experience is json-ID integration in APIs.

Test Automation:

• Create and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, or similar.
• Integrate API testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Documentation:

• Document test cases, test plans, and testing results.
• Maintain comprehensive records of defects and issues found during testing.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with development teams to understand API specifications and requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on API design and usability.

Issue Tracking:

• Identify, report, and track defects using issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla etc. or any similar).
• Verify fixes and perform regression testing.

Performance Testing:

• Conduct load and stress testing to evaluate API performance under various conditions.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in API testing.
• Contribute to the development of testing strategies and methodologies.
