👋What are our wishes: 

We are seeking a skilled OpenText Senior Technical Consultant to support our OpenText Localization project. This role requires deep technical expertise in OpenText technologies and their integration with SAP, as well as a strong focus on optimizing document generation and localization processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive in providing technical solutions and driving project success.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus  

• 5+ years of experience as a technical consultant, with a strong focus on OpenText technologies and SAP integrations.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering technical solutions in localization or related projects.
• In-depth knowledge of OpenText products, including Exstream and AppWorks.
• Experience with SAP integration processes and document generation functionality.
• Proficient in Oracle Database management, including SQL and schema creation.
• Familiarity with Nginx configuration and management as a reverse proxy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

💼How can you contribute to the team? 

• Technical Solution Development:
• Design and implement technical solutions using OpenText technologies, ensuring seamless integration with SAP at the CS, Exstream, and AW levels.
• Leverage OpenText Exstream for enhanced document generation, enabling SAP users to produce ad-hoc documents based on predefined templates.
• Database Management:
• Manage Oracle Database configurations for OpenText applications, ensuring effective data storage and schema management across OT AW, Archive, Exstream, and CS environments.
• Provide access and support for database instances via thin client (SQLplus), configuring service user access as needed.
• Integration and Configuration:
• Configure and optimize Nginx as a reverse proxy to manage secure traffic through port 443, ensuring reliable distribution to target servers and applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement integration strategies that align with localization requirements.
• Documentation and Best Practices: 

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for system architecture, configurations, and processes related to OpenText solutions.
• Establish and promote best practices for implementing and managing OpenText technologies to ensure system performance and maintainability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights that inform project decisions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, challenges, and technical solutions.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify and propose enhancements to existing processes and solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in OpenText, SAP, and localization technologies, and share insights with the team.
