👋What are our wishes: 

We are looking for a skilled OpenText Professional Agile Project Leader to spearhead our OpenText Localization project. This role demands a solid understanding of OpenText technologies and their integration with SAP, along with expertise in managing agile project methodologies. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver localization solutions that meet business objectives efficiently and effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Localization, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in OpenText and SAP localization projects.

• Proven experience leading agile teams and projects, with a strong grasp of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• In-depth knowledge of OpenText technologies, including Exstream and AppWorks.

• Experience with SAP integration and document generation processes.

• Proficient in Oracle Database management, including schema creation and SQL.

• Familiarity with Nginx configuration and reverse proxy management.

💼How can you contribute to the team? 

Project Leadership:

- Lead and manage the OpenText Localization project, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

- Facilitate agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Technology Integration:

- Oversee the integration of OpenText solutions with SAP at the SAP CS, Exstream, and AW levels, ensuring seamless localization processes.

- Manage the use of Oracle Database for data storage related to OpenText AW, Archive, Exstream, and CS, including schema creation and access management.

Document Generation Enhancement:

- Implement and optimize document generation capabilities using OpenText Exstream, enabling SAP users to create localized ad-hoc documents based on predefined templates directly from the GOS menu.

Traffic Management:

- Configure and manage Nginx as a reverse proxy to ensure secure traffic navigation through port 443, effectively distributing requests to the appropriate servers and applications.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including localization experts, SAP developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Communicate project status, risks, and achievements to stakeholders at all levels, maintaining transparency and fostering collaboration. 

Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery and team performance.

- Stay current with industry trends and developments in OpenText, SAP, and agile project management.
