Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Windows System Engineer.
• Proven experience with MS Dynamics 2015.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2008+.
• Understanding of security best practices and experience implementing server hardening measures.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues independently
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

💼How can you contribute to the team?

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades.
• Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the MS Dynamics 2015 application.
• Plan and execute the cloning of the production environment to QA and Dev environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MS Dynamics 2015 and Windows Server.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems.
• Implement and maintain security best practices for Windows Server and MS Dynamics environments.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
