👋What are our wishes:
- Bachelor’s degree or Vocational graduate related to Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel (pivot, sorting, filtering, V lookup)
- Experience identifying and investigating fraud.
- Ability to analyze user activities and transaction patterns for potential fraud.
- Familiarity with fraud prevention strategies and account monitoring.
- Skilled in creating and running test cases for web applications.
- Experience identifying and reporting defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Knowledge of regression testing and ensuring browser compatibility.
- Ability to generate, review, and reconcile reports for accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills for timely submission of reports.
- Experience communicating with teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Active participation in meetings with ideas for improvement.
- Familiar with digital platforms, QA tools, and e-commerce operations.
Preferred:
- Background in fraud analysis, QA, or digital support.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
💼How can you contribute to the team?
Fraud Analysis
- Investigate and identify fraudulent activities on the client sites.
- Verify raffle winners by reviewing transaction histories and activity patterns.
- Monitor user accounts and activities to detect and prevent potential fraud.
- Identify and request the blocking of fraudulent accounts via 3rd-party agencies.
- Develop fraud detection rules using analytical insights.
- Review and act on fraud alerts, including those from external sources like social media.
- Document all fraud-related actions and findings accurately.
- Provide fraud-related support to client's operational and business units.
- Stay updated on industry fraud trends and report risks to DIX Managers.
- Participate in team meetings to improve fraud prevention processes.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Create and follow test cases to validate web applications before deployment.
- Identify and report defects using bug tracking tools.
- Ensure QA efforts meet standards and timelines.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure platform stability.
- Collaborate with DIX and developers to resolve issues.
- Test applications across browsers for compatibility.
Bi-Monthly Report Updating
- Generate and prepare raw files for interim dashboard updates.
- Check reports for discrepancies and resolve issues with partner agencies.
- Ensure timely submission of accurate reports for brand cadences.
- Perform administrative tasks to support digital and e-commerce operations.
