👋What are our wishes:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in an IT Service Support role
- Self-motivated, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under minimum supervision.
- A good team player and collaborator
- Graduate of Information Technology Related Courses.
- Demonstrated understanding and related experience with major operating systems, Microsoft
- Office 365, MS Teams, anti-virus, wireless, etc.
- System support experience using vendor software is a plus.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation.
- Strong IT technical skills with excellent desktop/laptop and Audio Video device support knowledge.

- Excellent break/fix support and service request fulfillment.
- Execute IT projects and initiatives as directed by IT management.
- Drive compliance on local IT processes in accordance with corporate standards.
- Drive transformation and efficiency improvement initiatives for IT-related scope.
- Collaborate with the other team members to identify, develop and implement digital
- initiatives to optimize IT operations.
- Active participation and contribution to the digital transformation journey
Expected contributions of the position:
- Provide Onsite IT support including desktop-related technical assistance to users.
- Responsible for hardware setup/purchasing, software installation/purchasing, and participating in New Hire Induction Program and User training.
- Deploy and enforce corporate IT policies, processes, and procedures.
- Coordinate, escalate, and work with various IT support teams and stakeholders to deliver issue resolution.
- Active contributions to cost-effective and innovative IT solutions to address process bottlenecks or to enhance the end-user experience.
- Be independent & proactive, able to perform under time constraints, and have good judgment under pressure.
