Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics SDK, Plugin development, and CRM Customization tools.
• Strong understanding of workflows, business process flows, and security roles in Dynamics CRM.
• Experience integrating CRM with third-party applications using SOAP/REST APIs and Web Services.
• Familiarity with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) for creating reports and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Design, develop, customize, and maintain MS Dynamics CRM 2015 solutions to meet business needs.
•  Configure workflows, business rules, and security models within Dynamics CRM.
•  Develop and implement plugins, scripts, and custom applications to extend CRM functionality.
• Integrate MS Dynamics CRM with external applications, databases, and third-party services using APIs and web services.
• Perform data migrations, ensuring data integrity and consistency between legacy and Dynamics CRM environments.
• Optimize CRM performance through debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Provide technical support and user training to ensure smooth CRM adoption across
• teams.
• Document technical designs, processes, and system configurations for reference and future development.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in Microsoft Dynamics.
