👋What are our wishes:
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in an IT Service Support role
- Graduate of Information Technology-related courses
- Demonstrated understanding and related experience with major operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, anti-virus, wireless, etc.
- Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma in any IT-related discipline
- System support experience using vendor software such as ServiceNow or Remedy is a plus.

💼How can you contribute to the team?
- Facilities & Security
- Provide required office, storage, and technical spaces.
- Follow all client security and access rules.
- Equipment & Compliance
- Ensure proper tools for local safety regulations (e.g., height work, protection gear).
- Manage non-network printers, storage devices, and peripherals.
- Technical Support
- Level 2 support for office software and selected client applications.
- Hardware support for desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets, etc.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely.
- Support system upgrades and maintenance.
- Offer basic user guidance for laptops, wireless devices, and tools.
- Audio/Visual & Events
- Level 1 support for AV equipment (projectors, microphones, video calls).
- Assist during events and meetings with setup and technical support.
- Hardware & Stock Management
- Handle device installations, moves, upgrades, and disposals (IMACD).
- Manage backups, restores, and keep inventory stocked.
- Update asset records (CMDB) with accurate information.
- User & VIP Support
- Prioritize VIP users and nearby sites.
- Support disaster recovery tests and manage device redeployments.
- Logistics & Coordination
- Manage shipping, pickups, and deliveries.
- Coordinate and support third-party vendors during on-site work.
- Printer & Backup Management
- Install and support network printers.
- Manage and secure backup tapes as needed.
- Onboarding Support
- Deliver equipment to new hires and check all tools are ready.
- Provide an overview of key systems (email, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
- Device Deployment & Disposal
- Prepare, deliver, and install new equipment.
- Wipe, pack, and remove old devices, ensuring data security and updates.
Key Requirements
- Work independently and stay proactive under pressure.
- Maintain professionalism and good hygiene and follow local HR policies.
- Respect client confidentiality and security.
- Hold the required local certifications (e.g., electrical access).
- Understand client operations and complete necessary training.
Smart Hands Support
- Perform basic tasks like resets, power cycles, equipment setup, and cabling.
- Assist with offline devices and support external IT providers on-site.
