👋What are our wishes: 

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis.
• At least 8 years of experience in GIS operations.
• Minimum 8 years of IT team leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in designing and testing IT applications.
• Proficient in document authoring and visual presentation.
• Basic configuration skills in SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with the Project Management Life Cycle and Solutions Delivery Life Cycle.
• Proven experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Reporting and Coordination

• Reports to the Principal IT Specialist (Product Lead – Operations).
• May be required to provide additional support as directed by the ITD supervisor or designated user unit.

💼How can you contribute to the team? 

The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting business analysis activities focused on GIS (Geographic Information Systems) services. Specific tasks include:

• Developing business cases and procurement documentation for GIS initiatives.
• Conducting research, interviews, workshops, case studies, and surveys with stakeholders to gather and consolidate findings; drafting summary documents.
• Preparing procurement documentation such as:
• Statement of Work
• Terms of Reference
• Product Specifications
• Procurement Justifications
• Selection Criteria
• Standardizing the GIS service catalog, including service forms and workflows.
• Facilitating communication and governance activities with GIS stakeholders by preparing workshop materials, communication content, and decision notes.
• Setting up and managing SharePoint and Microsoft Teams collaboration platforms, including content and document management.

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week – Manila)
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Manila Time
