👋What are our wishes?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior-level role.
- At least 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- 5+ years of experience designing and documenting business processes.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and software testing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in stakeholder engagement and management.
- Familiar with the project management lifecycle and systems development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with tools and platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate is a plus.
- Experience with vendor coordination and management is advantageous.
- Strong background in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with data analysis using SQL.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with financial systems.
💼How can you contribute to the team?
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation of a new solution within an enterprise financial ecosystem. This role involves requirements gathering, business process analysis, and quality assurance to support application development and integration efforts. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams throughout the system development lifecycle.
- Conduct requirements elicitation workshops and present findings to stakeholders.
- Define and document business processes in consultation with end users.
- Design potential solutions and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and conduct knowledge transfer to the team.
- Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Coordinate with the testing team and assist users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Monitor and manage bug resolution and issue tracking.
- Engage with vendors for solution design, quality assurance, and issue resolution.
- Define source-to-target data mapping.
- Establish data transformation logic based on business rules.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams across system integrations within the broader application ecosystem.
Reporting Line:
This role reports to the assigned Project Manager and Project Lead. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed by the team or supervisor.
Location: Ortigas, Mandaluyong City
Work Schedule: Hybrid (3x onsite / week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Manila Time
