Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
• 5 + years hands-on full-stack development experience
• Proven work on CI/CD-driven teams; solid grasp of DevOps and SRE basics
• Production experience with at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, etc.) and one back-end language (Node.js, Python, or Java)

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Track record in a DORA elite or high-performing delivery team
• Kubernetes in production
• Incident response / on-call rotation history

Core Technical Skills

• Front-end: React, Angular, or similar SPA frameworks
• Back-end: Node.js, Python, or Java
• Testing: Test-Driven Development (TDD), automated unit + integration tests
• Delivery: Trunk-Based Development (TBD), CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, etc.)
• IaC: Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Containers: Docker; Kubernetes basics (deployments, services, ingress)
• Databases: relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
