👋What are our wishes:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Business Analyst to support the production and continuous improvement of a SaaS-based IT Financial Management system. This role will be part of the Finance and Budget team within the Information Technology Department and will play a key part in the administration, support, and optimization of IT finance tools and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with strong experience in financial systems.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting critical financial systems.
- Programming skills and solid understanding of database structures.
- Knowledge of the Technology Business Management (TBM) framework and Apptio TBM Studio is an advantage; willingness to undergo training and certification if not yet acquired.
- Quick learner of new financial and technical systems with strong troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience implementing quality assurance standards in software testing.
- Familiarity with IT platforms, systems, and enterprise solutions in large organizations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project); experience with Power BI is preferred.
- Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle and business analysis methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting process reviews and documenting functional requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable working in multicultural and multinational environments, including interaction with senior executives.
💼How can you contribute to the team?
- System Management: Oversee daily operations of the IT Financial Management System (SaaS-based), ensuring timely and accurate data inputs, system connectivity, and overall performance.
- Technical Support & Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related issues, providing Level 1 and 2 support, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, and escalating to Level 3 as needed.
- System Configuration & Development: Manage system setup, user access, and security. Develop and enhance cost models using the platform’s development tools, ensuring proper testing and documentation.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current IT finance processes, gather and document requirements, propose workflow enhancements, and support solution implementation and testing.
- User Engagement & Adoption: Collaborate with change management teams to increase system adoption and usage across the organization through training and support.

Work Schedule: Hybrid (2x - 3x onsite / week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Manila Time
