👋 What are our wishes?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform

Technical Knowledge

• Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions in, but not limited to, App Engine, Employee Center technology, HRSD, ITSM
• Skilled in building complex custom applications, including designing and implementing advanced integrations, workflows and forms to address unique organizational needs.
• Solid understanding and application of Agile methodologies, including experience with Scrum or Kanban frameworks, ensuring efficient development cycles and continuous delivery.

Tools/Software

• ServiceNow App Engine Studio
• ServiceNow Automated Test Framework
• Azure DevOps

Certification Preferably with certifications on the following:

• Certified System Administrator
• Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD
• Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM

Reporting and Coordination

For the provision of staff augmentation services, the Agency Personnel will take instructions from the technical lead at the Information Technology Department and work closely with the project team, internal and external stakeholders.

How can you contribute to the team?

Development and Implementation:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on, but not limited to, ITSM, HRSD, and Employee Center Portal.
• Build complex integrations, workflows, forms, agent workspaces, playbooks, and business rules to meet organizational needs and enhance system functionality and user experience

Process Automation and Governance:

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and propose enhancements to improve system usability, efficiency, and automation.
• Ensure alignment of solutions with ITIL practices, organizational policies, and industry standards for security, compliance, and governance.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including Design Specifications: High-Level Solution Design (HLSD), Solution Design Document (SDD), Security and Governance: Security License to Operate (SLTO), Solution Deployment Plan.
• Monitor platform compliance with data protection regulations, ensuring all solutions adhere to organizational and legal standards.

Quality Assurance:

• Contribute to solution design and lead the development and testing phases, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and platform guidelines.

Production Support:

• Conduct root cause analysis for platform issues and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime.
• Actively participate in monitoring, incident management, problem resolution, and collaboration with other teams to ensure smooth operation and minimal disruption to users.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Participate in release and iteration planning meetings with the development team and other key stakeholders to align project goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and team members to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Other details:

• Hybrid, requiring employees to report onsite 2 times a week. 
• If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ, compliance is mandatory 
• Work Schedule is from 8:00AM – 5:00PM Manila Time
