Education:
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 5 years in a senior business analysis role.
- 5 years of experience in the banking, accounting, or financial services sector.
- 7 years of experience in designing and documenting business processes.
- 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing IT applications.
- Experience in business process re-engineering.
- Prior experience in agile methodologies and product management.
Technical Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Flow, PowerBI).
- Hands-on experience with MS Visio and other UI design tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Technology Stack, including SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, and Power BI.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proven team management skills and experience.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
Reporting and Coordination:
- The Senior Business Analyst will take instructions from the Product Delivery Manager and work closely with the product team and internal/external stakeholders, providing additional services as required by the team and IT supervisor.
💼How can you contribute to the team?
Solution Design and Delivery:
- Conduct requirements elicitation workshops and present findings to stakeholders.
- Facilitate design thinking workshops with the Solution Architect and present paper prototypes.
- Develop and document business processes in consultation with the product owner team.
- Design and present potential solutions to stakeholders.
- Create and maintain requirements documents and artifacts for projects.
- Assist in preparing test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Coordinate with the testing team and support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Monitor and manage bug fixes/issues and their resolution.
- Engage with the implementation team for requirements elaboration, solution design, quality assurance, and issue resolution.
Integration:
- Collaborate with technical counterparts from external systems for integration, including Sovereign Operations, eOPS, ADB Integrated Data Ecosystem, Master Data Management, and Credit Lens.
Knowledge Management:
- Create and maintain documentation such as Requirements Definition Document (RDD), EPIC, Product Backlog, and User Stories.
Continuous Improvement and Compliance:
- Identify opportunities for improvement in existing solutions and recommend enhancements.
- Analyze existing architectures to ensure alignment with overall enterprise architecture and recommend improvements.
- Perform system security assessments to ensure compliance with security frameworks and protect data from unauthorized access.
Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide application support to end-users and assist in issue resolution.
- Coordinate/escalate issues to relevant IT teams regarding platform, network, and infrastructure.
