👋What are our wishes?
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Management, Business Management, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, including 5 years in a senior BA role.
- At least 5 years of experience in banking, accounting, or financial services.
- At least 7 years of experience in designing and documenting business processes.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing IT applications.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for managing iterations, user stories, and documentation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Technology Stack (SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, Power BI).
- Experience with ITIL best practices, vendor management, and government procurement processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Advantage: Understanding of development processes in international organizations.
💼How can you contribute to the team?
The Senior Business Analyst will support the delivery of major enhancements to key IT operations products, including the Management Approval System (MAS) and Board Paper Library (BoardLib), with integration into related systems. The role will focus on reviewing and designing business processes, eliciting functional and non-functional requirements, and supporting quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirement Elicitation and Refinement
- Conduct requirements elicitation workshops and present findings to stakeholders.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Develop project requirements and supporting documents in Azure DevOps.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Management
- Work with the product owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
- Engage with stakeholders, developers, and end-users to align requirements and solutions.
- Define and document business processes in consultation with users.
- Design and present potential solutions to stakeholders.
Communication and Collaboration
- Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication between stakeholders, clients, and development teams.
Quality Assurance
- Support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Track and manage bug fixes and issue resolutions.
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure product delivery meets expectations.
- Work with QA teams to validate test scenarios and test cases.

Work Schedule: Hybrid (3x onsite / week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Manila Time
