👋What are our wishes: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering,
  Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of ERP experience, including deep functional and technical exposure to both Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, SCM, CRM) and SAP (S/4HANA or ECC).
  • Led multiple full-cycle ERP implementations with global or enterprise-scale complexity.
  • Strong understanding of ERP strategy, enterprise architecture, business process
  reengineering, and change management.
  • Proven track record of selecting and recommending ERP systems based on unbiased third party vendor evaluations, especially in the retail and F&B industries.
  • Hands-on expertise with system integrations, data migration, and reporting frameworks.
  • Familiar with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) considerations in enterprise ERP environments.
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
  • ERP certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect, SAP Certified
  Application Associate or Professional.
  • Experience with Azure Integration Services, SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft, or equivalent tools.
  • Exposure to analytics platforms such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Tableau.
  • Agile or hybrid project delivery certifications (e.g., PMP, SAFe, PRINCE2).
  • Experience in pre-sales, RFP responses, or ERP solution demonstrations is a plus.      

💼How can you contribute to the team?

Strategic ERP Leadership

• Serve as a key ERP advisor to stakeholders, providing insights on digital transformation strategies and platform optimization.
• Lead the evaluation and selection process for ERP platforms, offering objective, data driven recommendations based on third-party vendor analyses—eliminating bias and ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Assess and redesign business processes across finance, supply chain, and IT to support future growth, scalability, and digital maturity.

Program Delivery & Architecture

• Recommend end-to-end ERP implementations and migrations using one of the following: Microsoft Dynamics (365/AX/NAV) and SAP (S/4HANA or ECC).
• Define and architect an ERP solution that will cater all the requirements.
• Ensure alignment between technical solutions and enterprise goals through architectural reviews and governance.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

• Facilitate strategic discussions, interviews and workshops with Finance, Supply Chain and Information Technology Departments to define ERP vision and priorities.
• Act as a liaison between Finance, Supply Chain, and IT Departments, ensuring
transparency and stakeholder buy-in across all ERP initiatives.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Mentor and guide the team, driving ERP best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with external vendors, system integrators, and third-party service providers.
