👋What are our wishes: 

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Leader PM with 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management. The ideal candidate will have a combination of substantial experiences working as a Scrum Master or Technical Product Owner or Software Architect with PM experience, has experience of Agile frameworks and a strong background in working with cloud and platform technologies (AWS, Azure DevOps and SaaS- Based Solution). 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred).

• At least 3-5 years of experience in data governance within a multinational corporation (MNC).

• Proven experience in data governance and data quality principles.

• Strong technical, stakeholder, and project management skills.

• Proven experience working with cloud and platform technologies, including AWS, Azure DevOps (ADO), and SaaS-based solutions.

• Experience working closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and global IT to align outcomes with business objectives.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or a similar role.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.

• Familiarity with multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, XP).

• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and TFS.
  

💼How can you contribute to the team? 

• Own the overall delivery and operational stability of multiple digital platforms, including consumer engagement, loyalty, data, and middleware services

•        Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with business, data, and global IT teams

•        Lead platform roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution in alignment with market and global technology strategies

•        Oversee system integrations across internal platforms, third-party vendors, and global systems, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and performance

•        Ensure proper governance of digital solutions, including compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PII handling, access control, audit readiness)

•        Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform reliability and performance

•        Coordinate with global IT, data, and architecture teams to align local implementations with global standards and frameworks

•        Provide oversight on data ingestion, harmonization, and consumption pipelines to support analytics, reporting, and business decision-making

•       Drive vendor management activities, including solution design validation, delivery tracking, issue escalation, and performance evaluation

•        Support change management processes, including impact assessment, CAB approvals, release coordination, and stakeholder communications

•       Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness for all delivered platforms and enhancements

•        Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring transparency on delivery status, risks, dependencies, and timelines

•       Identify opportunities for platform optimization, simplification, and automation to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk
