Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Requirements (Skills & Experience)
Minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience supporting end-to-end IT solution implementation and system integration
At least 3 years of experience in solution design and business process documentation
Hands-on experience in IT application testing and quality assurance
Solid understanding of project and system development lifecycles
Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI
Experience in banking, accounting, or financial services is an advantage
Familiarity with disbursement or financial operations processes is a plus
Reporting & Coordination
The Business Analyst will work under the direction of an IT Department Manager and collaborate closely with project teams, internal users, and external stakeholders
May be required to perform additional tasks as assigned by the project lead or supervising unit
💼How can you contribute to the team?
The Business Analyst (BA) will support the modernization of an Integrated Disbursement System aimed at improving efficiency, transparency, and user experience for financial disbursement operations. The role plays a critical part in understanding business processes, translating requirements into effective solutions, managing stakeholders, and supporting quality assurance activities throughout the system implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, system requirements, design specifications, and applications related to disbursement operations
Participate in requirements elaboration, solution design, review, quality assurance, and issue resolution
Develop functional and non-functional requirements, including:
UX/UI wireframes and prototypes
Data specifications and business rules
Workflow and integration requirements
Role-based access definitions
Prepare and review test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts aligned with defined requirements
Facilitate product demonstrations and usability testing with product owners and key stakeholders
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with testing teams and end users
Monitor, manage, and help resolve system defects, bugs, and implementation issues
Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and subject matter experts throughout the project lifecycle.
Location: Ortigas, Mandaluyong City
Work Setup: Hybrid (onsite at least 3 times per week, subject to project and business needs)
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Manila Time
Type: Project-based (minimum 1 year, subject to extension) / Staff Augmentation
*Additional onsite days may be required based on user unit or project demand
