💼 How can you contribute to the team?

Scope of Work / Responsibilities: Key activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, developing front-end and back-end components, and ensuring the integration of various systems. She/He will also be tasked with optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability, implementing security and data protection measures, and conducting thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. Additionally, the developer will provide technical support and documentation, participate in code reviews, and stay updated with emerging technologies to recommend improvements

Detailed tasks / Expected Output

• Develop front-end and back-end components using modern frameworks and technologies. Implement APIs and integrate with third-party services as required. Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and code reviews.

• Develop scalable and robust cloud-native solutions. Ensure the architecture aligns with best practices for cloud-native applications, including microservices, containerization, and serverless computing.

• Set up and configure cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS. Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) practices to automate deployment and scaling.

• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes. Ensure seamless integration and delivery of new features and updates.

• Implement security best practices to protect data and applications. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Monitor and optimize the performance of the application and infrastructure. Implement caching, load balancing, and other techniques to enhance performance and reliability.

• Prepare comprehensive documentation for the developed solutions, including architecture diagrams, code comments, and user guides. Provide training and support to the development team and stakeholders.

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid, requiring employees to report onsite three times a week. If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ, compliance is mandatory.

• Work Schedule is from 8:00AM – 5:00PM Manila Time.
