👋What are our wishes?

We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain end-to-end data solutions and full-stack applications. This role combines backend API development, data engineering, and data warehousing to support enterprise reporting and analytics. You will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure data systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in senior software engineering roles

• Strong experience with Java development (APIs & web applications)

• Hands-on experience with data warehousing and dimensional data modeling

• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MS SQL Server)

• Experience building data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and SQL

• Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud platforms

• Experience working in Agile (Scrum or Kanban) teams

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure DevOps

• Exposure to MDM platforms (e.g., TIBCO EBX)

• Experience with Azure data or app services

• Certifications in Scrum, DevOps, or Secure Coding

💼How can you contribute to the team? 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based web applications and APIs

• Build and optimize data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and SQL

• Design and maintain data warehouse models (dimensional modeling)

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Follow secure coding, testing, and CI/CD best practices

• Contribute to system design, integration, and performance improvements
