👋What are our wishes?
We are looking for a Senior Agile Project Leader to drive the delivery, support, and optimization of enterprise applications within a Microsoft-based environment. This role will lead Agile teams, manage L3 support, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Agile project/program management

• Strong background in enterprise application delivery and L3 support

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft platforms (SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365)

• Experience in SLA/KPI management and IT service delivery (ITIL is a plus)

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Proven leadership, coaching, and team management experience

• Agile certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe) is an advantage
  

💼How can you contribute to the team? 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and enforce best practices

• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery

• Coach and guide Project Leaders, Product Owners, and teams

• Act as the main point of contact between business and technical teams

• Oversee L3 support, incidents, and service requests

• Monitor SLA/KPI performance and ensure compliance

• Drive continuous improvement and proactive issue resolution

• Define and execute product roadmap for Microsoft platforms

• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and usability

• Ensure consistency across SharePoint, PowerApps, Teams, and Dynamics 365

• Establish governance, reporting, and escalation processes

• Maintain transparency on delivery and service performance

• Align priorities with stakeholders and business goals
  

Location: Ortigas, Mandaluyong City

Work Setup: Hybrid (onsite 3x times per week, subject to project and business needs)
Work Schedule: Rotational schedule (shifting between different work hours as required)
