👋What are our wishes?

The Solutions Developer - Power Platform will design, develop, and deploy end-to-end business solutions using the Power Platform stack. This role involves creating responsive user interfaces, automated workflows, and integrated data structures, as well as backend development that includes custom connectors and APIs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions is essential.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI, Power

Pages) and SharePoint (architecture, development, rollout, maintenance, data

management, migration).

• Strong experience in solution architecture involving server-side code, custom business

logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies, and plug-ins.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Proficient in:

• Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI, Power Pages)

• SharePoint Development Framework (SPFx)

• .NET, C#, Visual Basic, Visual Studio

• JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, ReactJS, FabricJS, jQuery),

HTML, CSS

• REST APIs, XML, JSON, SQL, and database engines

Tools/Software:

• Proficient in Azure DevOps

Certification:

• Power Platform Developer certification is preferred.

Reporting and Coordination:

• The developer will take instructions from the Project Manager and Product Owner, working

closely with the project team and stakeholders. Additional services may be required as

directed by the project team or supervisor.

💼How can you contribute to the team? 

• Collaborate with the Solutions Architect to design solution components and UI/UX to meet

business requirements.

• Develop, test, and maintain front-end and back-end components, including Power Apps,

Power Automate flows, Azure Data flows, Dataverse models, SharePoint assets, custom

connectors, APIs, and plug-ins.

• Support the merging and packaging of solutions for deployment on CI/CD pipelines.

• Optimize solution component performance.

• Participate in effort estimation, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

• Resolve issues, bugs, and security vulnerabilities.

• Facilitate data migration for solution components from existing solutions or offline data.

• Analyze existing solution components to enhance design and execution for improved user

experience.

• Conduct demos and User Acceptance Testing for assigned deliverables.
