👋What are our wishes?

• Experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms such as Datadog, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar tools.

• Strong knowledge of observability, monitoring, logging, and DevOps practices.

• Experience supporting enterprise users in SLA-driven environments.

• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

• Experience with Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, or similar serverless technologies.

• Solid Windows, Linux, and networking fundamentals.

• Experience with ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to coach users and promote platform best practices.

• Azure, ITIL, or related certifications are a plus.

💼How can you contribute to the team? 

• Administer and support the SaaS Operations platforms, including Datadog and Azure DevOps.

• Manage platform access, permissions, and governance controls.

• Monitor platform health and coordinate with vendors on incidents and service issues.

• Resolve support requests and ensure SLA compliance.

• Lead the Datadog Community of Practice and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Coach users on platform usage, integrations, and data hygiene standards.

• Evaluate new platform capabilities and support proof-of-concept initiatives.

• Build automations using Python, PowerShell, or Bash to reduce manual operational work.

• Deploy and maintain automation solutions using Azure Functions.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and vendor teams to continuously improve platform operations.

Work Setup: Hybrid (onsite 3x per week with transportation allowance provided, subject to project and business needs)
