Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business management, public administration, or a related discipline.

• At least 8 years of solid business analysis experience, preferably supporting strategic, enterprise-wide, digital transformation, automation, AI, or emerging technology initiatives.

• Strong facilitation, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills, especially with leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Proven experience working with leadership teams, business sponsors, product owners, governance committees, and cross-functional stakeholder groups.

• Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, validation sessions, and decision making discussions for complex initiatives

• Experience preparing business requirements, process flows, use cases, user stories, evaluation criteria, comparison matrices, decision papers, recommendation reports, and executive-ready presentation materials.

• Experience supporting feasibility assessments, proof-of-concept initiatives, product evaluations, vendor/platform comparisons, or technology recommendation reports is highly desirable.

• Experience in AI, automation, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, enterprise platforms, workflow management, or IT service management is an advantage.

Technical Knowledge

💼 How can you contribute to the team?

The client is undertaking an Agentic AI Platform Proof of Concept to compare two implementation approaches: an enterprise out-of-the-box platform solution and a custom-built Agentic AI solution. The initiative will assess both options using common enterprise service scenarios, evaluation criteria, governance controls, Responsible AI considerations, implementation effort, cost implications, scalability, and long-term operability to support an evidence based strategic recommendation for the client.

The Senior Business Analyst will provide strategic business analysis, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and decision-support services for the Agentic AI Platform POC. The role requires excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and executive-level presentation skills, with demonstrated experience supporting strategic initiatives and working closely with leadership teams, business sponsors, product owners, solution architects, technical SMEs, and governance stakeholders. The incumbent will help define and validate business scenarios, facilitate stakeholder alignment, document common evaluation criteria, consolidate evidence from both POCs, support comparison analysis, and prepare executive-ready recommendation materials to enable informed decision-making on the preferred Agentic AI implementation approach.

Scope of Work/Responsibilities

Strategic Initiative Support and Stakeholder Alignment

• Work with leadership teams, business sponsors, product owners, solution architects, AI engineering SMEs, platform SMEs, and governance stakeholders to clarify the objectives, scope, success criteria, and decision needs for the Agentic AI Platform POC.

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and validation sessions to define the representative enterprise service scenario, common workflow steps, agent roles, handoff rules, governance controls, and business outcomes for both POC approaches.

• Prepare clear meeting materials, decision logs, action trackers, briefings, and executive-ready updates to support alignment across business, IT, governance, and leadership stakeholders.

Business Analysis, Requirements, and Evaluation Framework

• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements, process flows, use cases, user stories, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and acceptance criteria for the selected enterprise service scenario.

• Support definition of a common evaluation framework and success thresholds covering functional fit, workflow completion, accuracy and groundedness, agent orchestration, integration complexity, security and governance, Responsible AI and safety, observability and auditability, implementation effort, cost implications, maintainability, operability, scalability, and vendor dependency.

• Ensure the same business scenario, evaluation criteria, evidence requirements, and validation approach are applied consistently to the enterprise out-of-the-box solution POC and the custom-built Agentic AI solution POC.

POC Documentation, Evidence Consolidation, and Comparison Analysis

• Document findings from both POCs, including functional outcomes, workflow results, stakeholder feedback, integration considerations, governance observations, risks, issues, limitations, assumptions, and lessons learned.

• Coordinate with technical SMEs to translate technical findings into clear business implications, including implementation effort, licensing and run-cost considerations, maintainability, operability, scalability, and vendor dependency.

• Prepare the Comparison Analysis Report and support the Final Recommendation Report with clear rationale, supporting evidence, risks, trade-offs, and strategic guidance for leadership decision making.

Communication, Governance, and Delivery Coordination

• Maintain strong communication with leadership teams, project teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and governance bodies to ensure expectations, decisions, risks, and next steps are clearly understood.

• Track actions, dependencies, decisions, risks, and open issues across the POC timeline and escalate items requiring leadership direction or governance review.

• Ensure timely completion of high-quality documentation required for stakeholder validation, governance review, comparison analysis, and final recommendation.
