👋What are our wishes: 

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide dedicated on-site IT support at our Tuas facility. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong learning mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for technology. While prior experience in all required areas is not mandatory, successful candidates should demonstrate strong potential, accountability, and a willingness to develop their technical and professional capabilities.

As a key member of the onsite support team, you will maintain IT operations, provide end-user support, and ensure the smooth delivery of technology services that enable business operations.

Some of the key qualities and competencies we would be looking for include:

• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

• Basic IT operations and end-user support knowledge, including Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, printers, and meeting room technologies.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve user issues independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication skills and confidence in working with users across different levels of the organization.

• Ability to coordinate with regional and global support teams when escalation is required.

• Strong ownership, accountability, and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

• Ability to support site IT activities, including infrastructure, device deployment, asset management, and office/site readiness initiatives.

• Flexible and adaptable to support operational requirements at an industrial/manufacturing site environment.

💼Work Environment

• This is a fully onsite position based at the Tuas site in Singapore.

• The role requires a dedicated onsite IT presence to support business operations.

• Candidates must be comfortable with daily travel to Tuas and long-term onsite assignment at the location.
